TASTING NOTES

A small parcel of my best Shiraz fruit was aged separately in new French Oak barrels to complement this full bodied Barossa variety. This rich, ripe shiraz has fruit flavours reminiscent of pepper and blackcurrant balanced with toasty new oak.
