“This is one of the most enjoyable white wines to make as a winemaker, as there are so many ways you can make this wine distinctly your own. My way is to start with the best grapes and give it the time and devotion this great variety demands. This wine shows classical flavours of melon, peach and citrus, finely balanced with subtle French oak.”
