TASTING NOTES

Barossa cabernet sauvignon has a tradition of being generous in flavour and dominated by ripe fruit characters. This hearty wine displays blackberry fruit with a hint of mint, earth and spice. It has great balance and persistence of flavour. This wine has spent 12 months in new and seasoned French and American oak and has the structure to age well in the bottle.
